RAISE the Village LLC is a housing and infrastructure development entity focused on creating long-term, stable residential environments that support nonprofit organizations serving vulnerable youth. We develop, own, and steward mission-aligned housing so that nonprofit partners can focus on care, healing, and long-term outcomes without being destabilized by short-term leases or fluctuating funding cycles.

Our Vision
RAISE the Village envisions communities where stability is built into the systems that surround people—housing, shared resources, and economic opportunity. The goal is to move beyond short-term interventions and toward long-term solutions that foster ownership, resilience, and generational change.
Our Roots
RAISE the Village emerged from the work of Magdalena's Daughters, a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and empowering youth who are at risk of exploitation. Through this work, it became clear that lasting change requires not only services, but systems that promote economic security and community ownership.
RAISE the Village builds on this foundation by exploring sustainable, community-centered development models.
Future Initiatives
Future initiatives under RAISE the Village may include community-centered housing, shared ownership models, and economic ecosystems designed to support long-term stability. These initiatives are currently in planning and exploration phases.
RAISE Roots serves as a pipeline initiative within this broader vision, helping prepare future generations with the knowledge and skills needed to engage in ethical, community-centered economic systems.
