RAISE the Village LLC is a mission-aligned real estate and infrastructure organization focused on developing, owning, and stewarding long-term housing that supports nonprofit programs serving vulnerable youth. The organization exists to create stable, purpose-built residential environments so nonprofit partners can focus on care and long-term outcomes.
No. RAISE the Village does not provide youth services, clinical care, case management, or programming. All services are delivered by licensed nonprofit partners who are responsible for youth care, staffing, and compliance with county and state requirements.
RAISE the Village is a limited liability company focused exclusively on housing and infrastructure. Nonprofit partners provide services, operate programs, and contract directly with counties or public agencies. This separation allows housing to remain stable while services operate within established regulatory frameworks.
Separating housing from services reduces instability caused by short-term leases, rising real estate costs, and funding changes. Stable housing allows nonprofit programs to operate consistently, reduces placement disruptions for youth, and supports long-term planning and healing-centered environments.
RAISE the Village develops small-scale, mission-aligned residential housing, including single-family homes, modular housing, and village-style residential settings. Projects are designed to support long-term use by nonprofit operators and adapt to evolving community needs.
RAISE the Village focuses its work in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, where there is a significant need for stable residential infrastructure to support youth-serving nonprofit programs.
RAISE Roots is a community-based real estate investment initiative operated through RAISE the Village LLC. It exists to raise mission-aligned capital to develop and steward housing that supports nonprofit programs. RAISE Roots does not provide services and does not contract with government agencies.
Stable housing infrastructure allows nonprofit partners to focus resources on youth needs rather than facility instability. This supports consistent care, safer environments, reduced placement disruptions, and greater access to scholarships, education support, enrichment activities, workforce readiness, and transition planning.
No. Youth are never investors and do not participate in investment decisions. Some nonprofit partners may offer age-appropriate financial literacy education to help youth understand basic concepts such as saving, investing, and community wealth-building, but this education is separate from fund operations.
RAISE the Village does not contract with counties or government agencies for youth services. Counties maintain direct relationships with licensed nonprofit service providers. RAISE the Village supports these systems by providing stable housing infrastructure.
RAISE the Village partners with nonprofit organizations, lenders, philanthropic institutions, mission-aligned investors, and community stakeholders who share a commitment to long-term housing stability and ethical development.
