Collaborative by Design
RAISE the Village believes that long-term housing solutions require collaboration across sectors. We work alongside nonprofit organizations, lenders, philanthropic partners, public agencies, and community stakeholders to develop housing that meets real community needs.
Nonprofit Partners
Our nonprofit partners operate youth-serving programs within housing developed or stewarded by RAISE the Village. These organizations maintain full responsibility for services, staffing, and program outcomes.
Public and Community Alignment
RAISE the Village aligns its development efforts with regional priorities related to housing stability, youth safety, and community economic development. While we do not contract with counties for services, our projects are designed to support public-sector goals and reduce system-wide costs over time.
