Our Approach

Housing Strategy

What we build, how we build it, and why it matters

Our Housing Approach

RAISE the Village develops housing that prioritizes stability, long-term use, and community integration. Our approach emphasizes small-scale, human-centered residential models that align with the needs of youth-serving nonprofit programs.

Types of Housing We Develop

Small residential homes

Modular and prefabricated housing

Village-style or clustered housing models

Transitional and long-term residential settings

Design Principles

Our projects are informed by trauma-responsive and healing-centered design principles. Housing environments are designed to promote safety, routine, dignity, and connection, while remaining adaptable to evolving program needs.

Safety

Geographic Focus

RAISE the Village focuses its development efforts in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, where there is a demonstrated need for specialized residential infrastructure and a shortage of long-term housing solutions for vulnerable youth populations.
